I have to get HBO! I can't wait forever for the DVD.
if you use iTunes, you can subscribeto free podcasts for TrueBlood...we got HBO for the Generation Kill series, which actually managed to exceed the excellence of the book, so I'm certain they'll do an equally great job with TrueBlood.
