The Rules:

1. Contest limited to those in the USA. Apologies to our friends abroad, but these ARCs are being mailed out by the generous souls on the blogroll, and there will be other contests which will be eligible to readers overseas.
2. All entrants must be the age of 13 or older. Entrants 12 and under (if any) can be entered by their parents.
3. No family members of anyone connected with the Scavenger Hunt, please.

How To Play:

2. Players then need to visit the blogs, collect the quotes, AND leave a comment (like a trail of bread crumbs... we want to know you actually did the leg work!)
3. E-mail Lisa with your list of quotes: lisa AT lisamantchev DOT com
4. Prizes will awarded thusly: to those who collect the most quotes. Should more people remit the complete quote list than we have ARCs to give away, Lisa shall award the prizes by lottery/random drawing. She shall also retain the right to add extra ARCs to the prize pool at her discretion.

I haven't had a chance to sit down and begin this book, which I'm very sad about. I wanted to get a few other books off my list before I got to this one. I'm super excited about this book!

Way late review so some details will be lacking!

Devil May Cry (Dark-Hunter, Book 11)


This was an awesome book! I loved reading about Artemis's and Acheron's daughter Kat!

Kat was instructed by Artemis a long time ago to transfer Sin's powers over to Artemis. The claim was that Sin was trying to rape Artemis but of course that wasn't the truth.

Kat was then instructed to kill Sin per her mother's request. Kat and Sin had the instant attraction thing going.

They worked well together fighting the bad guys and finding the key they needed to help Sin's brother.

Acheron played a role in this book too, which was great. Of course he didn't know anything about Kat, which made it interesting. 

BTW, Artemis is a major bitch! And if this book didn't open my eyes, book 12 sealed the deal.



Good read.

Roswell: The End

We just finished the very last episode(s) of Roswell. I'm so sad it's over. It was a very good series. It had humor, romance, fantasy (sci-fi), action, real life situations and it all made sense. I'm sooo going to miss watching Max, Liz, Michael, Maria, and Isabelle grow up into very amazing young adults.

We've decided to look into some other series that have been out for a while that we've neglected to watch. Next on the list is Buffy. Looking forward watching it.
