Grab your current read.
Let the book fall open to a random page.

You also need to share the title of the book that you're getting your "teaser" from so we know what book to add to our TBR lists!
Please avoid spoilers!

"You want us to schthpititowt?" Miles shakes his head as Haven rolls her eyes. "Well, I'm sure we'd be happyhttp://images.barnesandnoble.com/images/32020000/32024368.JPG to if we only knew what it meant. Do you know what it means?" He looks at Haven.

"Sounds German," she says, glaring at me.

I just finished the book this morning and will be posting my review and a chance to win my copy!
Daughter is home sick today. Getting some reading in while she lounges in our bed watching movies.

"schthpititowt" - Whether it's German or not, it sure sounds like a hard word to say out loud! Have you ever had a word that you've read over and over, but for some reason never said aloud before and when you finally do, you realize you don't know how to say it?

The Epic Rat:

Too funny!
She was trying to say "Spit it out", while intoxicated....resulting in that weird word. But yes, I have stumbled upon a few words that I had no idea what they meant nor how to say them.

That's one reason why I love reading on my Kindle. It has a built in dictionary.

A bit longer than 2 sentences but I loved this part. I actually turned to this page randomly so it was meant to be posted. lol

"One last thing, Your Majesty. I'd like a name I can put into my report, something shorter than typing out 'The Leader of the Southern Shapechanger Faction.' What should I call you?"

"Lord."

I rolled my eyes.

He shrugged. "It's short."

From the awesome book, Magic Bites by Ilona Andrews. I'm loving this book so far.

That's really funny! Is that a series? I think I've tried to get it on the Kindle w/ no luck.
